Letter In A Song

I think I'll write you a letter in a song
To echo the feelings that I feel
To echo the feelings that I felt
Somewhere along
I'll write you a letter in a song
To tell you how grand you smile
To tell you how bright your love shone on me
For a while
When you let your defenses down
And you relax
You can't believe the aura that surrounds you
I hope you understand
Your wish is my command
I'll write you a letter in a song
To tell you I still wanna be your friend
To tell you I remember summer by the sea
And if I didn't have your love at all
I'd fall into a deep despair
I was so afraid
Memory motel would be the last love we'd share
Though we've shared many things
Like writing words about missing each other
But I guess those words were too strong
For a love so new
I didn't want to scare you
And that's all I want to say
La la la la la
Oh we've shared many things
Like writing words about missing each other
But I guess those words were too strong
For a love so new
Didn't want to scare you
That's all I can say
I write you a letter in a song
To say I've felt the grandest feelings ever
But ever
I write you a letter in my song
