Christmas Through Your Eyes

Haven't felt this way in years
House is full of holiday cheer
Something new and exciting here
Running down the halls
Oh
Hey cheeks are rosy eyes are wide
Sitting by the fireside
Seeing you makes me smile bright
'Cause I love watching Christmas through your eyes
Little footprints in the snow
Rosy cheeks and your tiny red nose
I'd forgot how wonderful
This time of year could be
Ooh
When you smile at the colorful lights
It warms me more than the fireside
You make the season come alive
Oh I love watching Christmas through your eyes
And I thought that we were getting way too old for this
Way too old for this
Until you showed up and filled our hearts with bliss
Filled our hearts with bliss
And I thank God every day
That you're my greatest gift
Someday we'll have one of our own
Until then you're my baby to hold
Seeing you in the fire glow
Yeah I love watching Christmas through your eyes
I love watching Christmas
One day I'll be old and gray
You'll probably live somewhere far away
But once a year on my favorite day
I love watching Christmas through your eyes
