Back to the Drawing Board

so I met this girl a week ago
I sat alone she set the tone
with my name's Lucy by the way
and if it's on you then I'll have champagne hey
we murdered karaoke then got another round
and went round again
onto 7 Street we fell
I fell behind the thought to myself
this is really going somewhere
then we went there she took me for a ride
and told me this is where I get off yeah
she took me by surprise
I guess she's not the girl that I thought
cause it took me till the morning
just to see what kind of love
she looking for yeah what she looking for yeah
she took me by the hand and LED me back
back to the drawing board
I rub my eyes and brushed it off
with a triple shot and a copy shop
and I made the best of Saturday
if it's on me then I'll have champagne hey
so I went to the place where sorrows drowned
and the bomb made there said it's on the house
I was feeling sorry for myself
she smiled and said maybe I can't help
it was really going somewhere
and then we went there took me for a ride
and told me this is where I get off yeah
she took me by surprise
I guess she's not the girl that I thought
cause it took me till the morning
just to see what kind of love
she looking for what she looking for
yeah she took me by the hand and LED me back
back to the drawing board
yeah back to the drawing board
I guess I'm back it's just like that
she took me for a ride
and told me this is where I get off
yeah she took me by surprise
I guess she's not the girl
that I thought thought thought
cause it took me till the morning just to see
what kind of love she looking for
what kind of love what she looking for
yeah she took me by the hand and LED me back
yeah she took me by the hand and just like that
back to the drawing board
