How It Should Be

Lot's and lot's of girls
They walk around this world
They're lookin' for a boy
That'll help them find joy
Lot's and lot's of girls
They feel so worthless
They depend on him to make them feel again
I don't want you
'Cause I don't need you
And I felt today what it's like when you're away
I wanna tell you
I still don't miss you
So just get outta my way and take another sick day
Time to say goodbye 'cause
You and I aren't meant to be
I feel free
I feel like me
That's how it should be
That's how it should be
I don't like sports
I don't like board shorts
All the things that
I said were just to get inside
Your head
I'm so sorry that I wasn't your perfect girl
Didn't meet your expectations that
You weren't my whole world
Time to say goodbye 'cause you and
I aren't meant to be
I feel free I feel like me
That's how it should be
That's how it should be
That's how it should be
That's how it should be
That's how it should be
That's how it should be
